1. Virendra Jain (Managing Director)

Mr. Virendra Jain is the Managing Director of the company. He is the important person of the company and play major role in taking financial, taxation and investing decisions. He is also capable of handling the management of the company very efficiently. He joined the management team from 09/07/2011. Mr. Virendra Jain has an experience in finance, Banking Merger & Acquisitions, Strategic Planing, and Restructing Operations any many more financial activities. His efforts and knowledge help the company to reach endless limits and enlighten the management to grow. He is also responsible for Corporate image and Public Relationship, Personal/Human Resource Development, Communication, Public Relationship and Publicity. 

2. Ms. Arpita Agarwal (Company Secretary) 

Ms. Arpita Agarwal is the Company Secretary cum compliances officer of the company. He joined the company dated on 01/08/2023. She is young Company Secretary with versatile in doing the work. She has vast exposure and knowledge of the ROC Compliances, SEBI Regulations & listing Compliances and much other related work. Her knowledge and exposure in the compliances, help the company in having the non – complaint company. 

3. Mr. Dharmendra Gupta (CFO)

Mr. Dharmendra Gupta is a chief Financial Officer of the company. He has done his graduation from reputed University. He always work for the betterment of the company. He has good knowledge in the area of finance and his thoughts are always welcome for the future diagnosis of the company 

4. Mr. Luv Sharma (Director) 

Mr. Luv Sharma is a director of the company. He joined the management dated on 13/10/2022. He hold the degree of Company Secretary and doing Secretarial Compliances. He has rich experience in the financial sectors. He is the most important person of the company in taking financial, taxation and investing decisions. He is also capable of handling the management of the company very efficiently. His efforts and knowledge will help the company to reach endless limits. 

5. Promila Sharma (Director)

Mrs. Promila Sharma is a director of the company. She joined the management dated on 13/10/2022. She has rich experience in the financial sectors. She is the women director in the company which represents women contribution in the management of the company. She is the part of investing decisions team. She is also capable of handling the management of the company very efficiently. She has an experience in Finance, Banking merger & Acquisitions, Strategic Planning and Restructuring Operations. 

6. Mr. Bhupendra Kaushik (Director)
